IRAN, with its extended history of ancient civilization and various tourist attractions and distinguished climatic conditions, while pursuing economic interests from the tourism industry, including job creation and foreign exchange earnings, also emphasizes the preservation of its high values; cultural and civil identity.

Internal and national security is the most significant factor in the development of tourism in any country that wishes to adapt to the characteristics of leading countries in tourism, to achieve this, travelers and tourism organizations must have the necessary coordination.

In general, tourist destinations are scattered throughout all parts of the country and if security is provided in these areas, the national security factor will also increase.

According to one of the main Iranian news agencies, the results of studies by an international institute, SOS, the tourism risks of countries around the world are examined in terms of four risk parameters, which are; Tourism safety, health and health care of the tourist destination, road safety and risk of natural disasters, the last one in most cases is unpredictable.

Based on this study, low-risk travel, those who has traveled to Iran, have been reported, except in parts of the western and eastern border strip that present a moderate level of security risk.

The institute also describes the situation in Iran as follows:

Low, the rate of crime and violence, limited and very rare terrorist attacks in some areas.

In this context, the security and emergency services are also effective and the infrastructure is somehow healthy.

However, the health risks of travel and especially road safety in Iran are not in good shape, which means that medical services are not equally available in all parts of Iran. The provision of medical care in large cities, including medicines, quality medical services, emergency services and dental care, is usually available. In other areas, access to these services may be limited.

From the international point of view, some experts believe that with the continuation of détente policies in foreign relations and the reduction of international sensitivity to Iran's foreign policy, it is possible to help create a favorable environment for attracting tourists. they believe the concepts of security and the sense of it are different; there may be security in a society but no sense of security. Therefore, it is necessary to know if tourists feel safe or not.

One of the positive outcomes is that the tourist realizes how many of his concerns and fears are influenced by propaganda and his own mental assumptions,

The experience of those involved in the tourism industry in Iran shows that most tourists who travel to Iran feel insecure at the beginning of their arrival but at the end of the journey they consider Iran safe.

Tourists should be the ambassadors who describe our country and its safety as it is in the international arena.
